Lee Health is looking for a Pre-Procedure Testing Representative to join our Pre-Anesthesia Evaluation Center at our convenient Westlinks location in Fort Myers.

In this role, youll serve as an important connection between patients, families, physicians, and hospital teamshelping ensure patients are prepared for their upcoming procedures while providing a positive and supportive experience.

What Youll Do
  • Serve as a liaison between patients, families, physicians, and healthcare team members.
  • Provide professional, compassionate customer service throughout the patient experience.
  • Perform scheduling, data entry, and clerical functions supporting daily operations.
  • Assist with the coordination and compliance of patient medical records.
  • Help ensure patient information is accurate, complete, and available when needed.
  • Identify and communicate workflow challenges to appropriate team members.
  • Provide timely information to support efficient patient care and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to help ensure smooth daily operations.
What Were Looking For

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent OR GED.
  • Customer service experience less than 1 year required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, dependable, and patient-focused approach.

Preferred:

  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association.

Florida Licensure: Not required.

Serves as a liaison between the patient, family, hospital staff and physicians to ensure a favorable patient experience and efficient coordination of unit flow.
