Overview We are seeking customer-focused professionals who are passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional service. In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for members, assisting them with a wide range of financial products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, credit cards, and digital banking solutions. What You'll Do * Provide outstanding service to current and prospective members by understanding their financial needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions. * Assist members with opening and maintaining checking, savings, IRA, trust, estate, and certificate accounts. * Guide members through consumer loan, mortgage, home equity, overdraft protection, and credit card application processes. * Research and resolve account inquiries, discrepancies, and loan-related concerns with accuracy and professionalism. * Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships through cross-selling and educating members on additional products and services. * Perform a variety of platform banking transactions while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. * Handle cash and negotiable instruments accurately and securely. * Support and mentor entry-level team members by providing assistance and training as needed. * Maintain a strong understanding of financial products, services, and applicable federal regulations. * Assist with branch operations, including vault opening, closing, balancing procedures, and ATM vault responsibilities when required. * Contribute to a positive team environment and perform additional duties as assigned. What We're Looking For * Strong customer service experience, preferably in a call center, banking, retail, or financial services environment. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused setting. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial information. * Comfortable navigating Microsoft Office applications and performing data entry tasks. * Ability to build rapport, identify needs, and recommend appropriate solutions. * A team player with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Fayetteville, NC. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
