Customer Service Specialist (100% Remote - NY/NJ Residents Only) Location: Remote (Must reside in New York or New Jersey) Schedule: Monday-Friday \| 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join a growing team in a fully remote environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience, SAP knowledge, and experience in order processing. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, manage sales orders, support the sales team, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities * Process and manage customer sales orders accurately through SAP * Enter and track orders from receipt through fulfillment * Build and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts * Communicate effectively with customers regarding products, orders, and inventory availability * Research products, review inventory levels, and provide accurate information to customers * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and issue resolution * Support the sales team by responding to customer inquiries and assisting with customer needs * Maintain accurate customer and order records within company systems Required Qualifications * 2-3 years of customer service, customer support, or account support experience * Hands-on experience with SAP * Experience with order processing and order entry * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems * High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting sales teams or customer accounts * Experience in inventory management or product support * Experience working in a remote environment What We're Looking For * Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of urgency * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Strong problem-solving and organizational skills * Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams 100% Remote Opportunity - Candidates must currently reside in New York or New Jersey.
