Our organization is seeking an experienced Retention and Attach Support Contractor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing an inbound queue, lead passing, and calling out on retention customers that need to renew. The successful candidate will be required to provide exceptional customer service to clients and work closely with the retention and attach teams. 80% outbound work 20% inbound work Hybrid onsite: TUE / WED / THU are onsite days Schedule: 8am - 5pm CT Training will be fully onsite each day (first 2 days will be remote) Interviews: About Me slide + role play Managing an inbound queue, lead passing, and calling out on retention customersProviding exceptional customer service to clientsCollaborating with the retention and attach teamsMaintaining a positive and professional demeanor when communicating with clientsFollowing up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their questions are resolvedKeeping detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability.
