Bachelors of Information Technology (preferred)
Experience
Experience with Cognos or BI reporting tools (preferred)
UKG Pro WFM certifications (preferred) Experience in multi-location or unionized environments (preferred) Ability to partner with stakeholders (e.g. Digital, Finance, People, Area) and other functions for the success of the Company and project focusing on the greater good of the Company and its employees (preferred) Must be able to obtain a regulatory license as required (preferred) Proficiency in Excel, and understanding of API/middleware integration. (preferred) 3+ years of experience with UKG Pro WFM, Kronos Workforce Central or similar WFM systems (preferred) Strong understanding of pay rules, labor compliance (FLSA), and forecasting. (preferred) Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, HR, or related experience (preferred) Licenses & Certifications
RI Lottery License Ops (preferred)
