Barista (Full Time)

Responsibilities:

• Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
• Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
• Provides exceptional customer service with prompt service, quality beverages and products.
• Maintains assigned outlets throughout the day to ensure everything is acceptable to Bally's Lake Tahoe standards

Target Salary Range:

$18.00 per hour

1 year of customer service experience. (preferred)
6 months experience in a cash handling environment. (preferred)
Able to learn quickly and work well in a team environment. (preferred)
Able to build lasting relationships with guests and Team Members. (preferred)
Able to read, write, and communicate verbally in English. (preferred)
The ability to participate in strenuous labor. (preferred)
Exceptional customer service focus including attention to producing quality results. (preferred)
Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate. (preferred)
