What We're Looking For:

A proactive and detail-oriented individual who staffs and schedules operations across multiple hotels. This role ensures accurate scheduling in alignment with safety regulations, guest volume, and operational needs.

Who You Are:

  • Detail-oriented and structured, capable of balancing multiple scheduling demands simultaneously

  • Comfortable working independently with scheduling platforms and data analysis
  • Committed to accuracy, confidentiality, and continuous improvement

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the scheduling process for hourly team members across multiple properties, preparing and publishing weekly staffing plans in alignment with operational needs and labor standards.
  • Partner with department leaders to resolve scheduling conflicts, adjust workforce levels, and support real-time changes.
  • Maintain accurate records, attendance tracking, and compliance-related documentation to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Support onboarding by coordinating training schedules and initial shift assignments.
  • Present scheduling data and insights to leadership to support effective workforce planning.
  • Contribute to operational efficiency through additional project coordination and administrative support as needed.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance in alignment with company standards and operational needs.
  • Embrace flexibility by performing other duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.

Your Qualifications Include:

  • Experience in an Aquatics operational role, or with in-depth knowledge of on deck coverage to ensure safety and compliance
  • Proven ability to manage dynamic schedules and respond to real-time staffing needs in high-traffic environments
  • Understanding of workforce compliance considerations such as shift rotations, minor labor laws.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheet tools, reporting platforms, and scheduling systems.
  • Experience supporting multi-property or multi-team environments across varying shifts and staffing models is preferred
