*Provider Support Specialist (Entry-Level)* We're looking for a customer-focused *Provider Support Specialist* to join a growing team during an exciting launch of a new provider-facing tool. In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for providers, helping ensure a smooth experience while delivering high-quality support across a variety of service channels.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. *What You'll Do* * Serve as a primary support contact for providers, assisting with questions related to benefits, eligibility, claims, coverage, and new tool adoption * Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and other written channels with professionalism and accuracy * Resolve issues in real time whenever possible while appropriately escalating more complex concerns * Create positive experiences by actively listening, showing empathy, and ensuring every interaction feels supportive and informative * Accurately document interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes to support quality and reporting standards * Manage multiple systems and tasks efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail * Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and process improvement initiatives * Meet and exceed individual performance metrics around productivity, quality, and service levels *What We're Looking For* * Strong customer service mindset with friendly, professional communication skills * High attention to detail with consistent follow-through * Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Comfortable navigating systems such as Microsoft Office and customer support tools * Motivated to learn, grow, and contribute to team success * Demonstrates accountability, integrity, curiosity, inclusiveness, and sound judgment *Qualifications* * High school diploma or GED required * Previous customer service or call center experience preferred * Experience in healthcare, insurance, or claims support is a plus-but not required * Must be authorized to work in the United States *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Spokane, WA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
