*Job Title: Customer Care Representative I*
*Location: Gastonia,* NC (Onsite with potential remote after 6 months) *Schedule:* Full-Time | Training: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM *About the Role* We are seeking a dedicated *Customer Care Representative I* to serve as the frontline connection between our organization and our customers. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, resolve customer concerns, and provide support related to billing, payments, service requests, and credit-related issues. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional, empathetic customer service. *Key Responsibilities* * Respond to inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency * Build trust and rapport with customers while addressing inquiries and concerns * Provide timely solutions for billing, payments, service requests, and account issues * Assist customers facing credit challenges, service terminations, or emergency situations * Negotiate payment arrangements within established regulatory guidelines * Document all customer interactions accurately in internal systems * Maintain performance standards for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction * Collaborate with internal teams and make referrals when appropriate * Complete administrative tasks as needed * Uphold company values: Safety, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion, and High Performance *Top Skills Required* *1.
