The Role:

The Employer Brand Specialist supports the execution of Bally's external employer branding strategy, helping to position the company as an employer of choice across its global locations. This is a content-forward, hands-on role which requires fluency in social media, storytelling, and the production of compelling content across multiple formats. From shooting and editing video to scheduling social posts to keeping careers pages fresh and engaging, this role is the day-to-day engine behind how Bally's shows up to the world as a place people want to work.

Responsibilities:



  • Supports the creation and execution of content across Bally's employer brand social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms, ensuring posts are on brand, timely, and engaging.
  • Produces, shoots, and edits short-form video content for use across social media, careers pages, and recruitment campaigns, including employee spotlights, culture highlights, and event coverage.
  • Captures on-the-ground photography at company events, office locations, and culture moments to build an authentic, always-on library of employer brand assets.
  • Assists in managing and updating the company's careers website, ensuring content is current, visually compelling, and reflective of the employee experience.
  • Maintains the employer brand content calendar, coordinating scheduling, deadlines, and publishing across platforms to keep campaigns running smoothly.
  • Monitors social media channels for engagement, responds to comments and messages in alignment with brand voice, and flags trends or opportunities.
  • Supports the day-to-day management of employer review platforms including Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn Life pages, and Comparably, etc. ensuring content is current and the company is well represented.
  • Assists in the logistics and content support for employee advocacy initiatives, helping employees share authentic stories and content through their own channels in a way that is consistent with Bally's brand.
  • Supports the planning and execution of employer brand campaigns, awards submissions, sponsorships, and hiring events, including logistics coordination and materials preparation.
  • Partners with the Candidate Experience team to support job posting copy, recruitment marketing campaigns, and sourcing content that attracts the right candidates to Bally's.
  • Assists in maintaining brand voice guidelines and visual standards, serving as a day-to-day guardian of consistency across all employer-facing content and channels.
  • Assists in tracking and reporting key employer brand metrics including social media engagement, follower growth, ad performance, and Glassdoor activity, pulling data from multiple sources to support cohesive reporting.
  • Partners with internal teams including People, and Creative to gather content, stories, and assets that bring the employee experience to life externally.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:



    • 1 to 3 years of experience in social media, content creation, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred. Demonstrated skill and a strong portfolio will be weighted heavily.
    • Strong content creation skills across written, visual, and video formats
    • Hands-on video production and editing experience using tools such as Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms.
    • Basic photography skills
    • Active understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram, including content best practices, algorithm awareness, and engagement strategies.
    • Familiarity with employer review and talent brand platforms including Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn, and Comparably.
    • Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Strong written communication skills with a good instinct for tone, brand voice, and audience.
    • Familiarity with AI-assisted content tools for copy drafting, content ideation, and image generation is a plus

    Target Compensation:



    • $60,000- $65,000 Annual Salary
