*Description*
Conduct initial discovery meetings with accounting firms and bookkeepers to identify pain points and business needs. Educate customers on solutions and how they can improve operational efficiency within accounting practices or small businesses. Drive repeat conversations and nurture early-stage opportunities throughout a 3-6 month ownership cycle. Outbound Prospecting Execute proactive outreach to assigned lists of ~10 firms per day. Re-engage dormant or cold accounts and schedule meetings to generate top-of-funnel opportunities. Maintain high daily activity levels during the ramp period, including heavy dial expectations. Pipeline & Salesforce Management Build, maintain, and progress opportunities within Salesforce. Create tasks, manage follow-ups, and effectively document touchpoints. Understand and execute the sales motion, including stages of the sales cycle and handoff processes. Maintain a disciplined pipeline with strong forecasting awareness. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* 1-2+ years of recent sales experience (more is strongly preferred). Prior software sales experience is highly preferred. Experience selling to accounting firms or bookkeepers is a strong plus. Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting or topoffunnel sales roles. Technical Skills Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems. Comfortable creating tasks, logging interactions, and managing a structured pipeline. Strong understanding of the sales motion and full sales cycle. Ability to manage remote tools, screen sharing, and basic technical troubleshooting. Sales Competencies Strong discovery skills and ability to surface customer pain points. Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive repeat conversations and build early-stage relationships. Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple leads and tasks. Comfortable with high-volume calling environments and performance-based metrics. Ability to meet and exceed quota expectations. Motivated by incentives, performance metrics, and achievement-based recognition. *Experience Level* Entry Level *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Plano, TX. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $24.86 - $24.86/hr.
