Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Technician to support a largescale data center construction project in Gallatin, TN. Key Responsibilities * Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications systems and related equipment * Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot network and connectivity issues * Configure and program telecommunications devices and systems * Collaborate with team members to ensure reliable and seamless network operations * Provide technical support to end users by diagnosing and resolving issues * Maintain accurate documentation for equipment inventory and service activities * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards * Stay current on emerging telecommunications technologies and best practices Required Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications are a plus) * Previous experience in telecommunications or a related technical field * Working knowledge of routers, switches, and structured cabling * Familiarity with VoIP, PBX systems, and basic network protocols * Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Ability to work independently and in a teamoriented environment * Adaptability to changing technologies and job requirements Additional Skills & Qualifications * Strong work ethic * Consistent punctuality * High attention to detail Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gallatin, TN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
