Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Specialist to support daily operations related to vehicle title processing. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, experience handling title issues, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and external agencies. Key Responsibilities * Manage incoming title issues via email, text, and phone, ensuring timely and thorough responses. * Take full ownership of title discrepancies-resolving independently or escalating when needed. * Process and verify vehicle titles from multiple states with a focus on accuracy and marketability. * Receive and organize incoming packages from UPS, FedEx, and USPS. * Distribute titles to the appropriate internal departments. * Review and validate title documentation. * Create documents required for title marketability. * Sort titles by VIN to ensure accurate distribution to buyers. * Upload verified titles into internal systems. Top Skills & Qualifications * 1+ years of experience in vehicle title processing or similar automotive administrative functions. * Proven ability to resolve title issues by coordinating with agencies, customers, or lienholders. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Experience in automotive customer service or supporting title operations for buying dealers. * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues efficiently. Work Environment * Fully on-site position. * Parking required; candidates must pay for parking and use the local tram service ($80-$90/month). Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, MO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
