**THIS ROLE IS ON-SITE 3 DAYS PER WEEK IN COLUMBUS, OH** We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead an Agile team in delivering high-quality products efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices, coaching team members, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: * Guide and support Agile teams through Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. * Foster collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams to remove obstacles and ensure smooth development workflows. * Act as a servant leader, coaching team members in Agile principles and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. * Work closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog refinement and alignment with business goals. * Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, driving Agile adoption within the organization. * Monitor team performance metrics and Agile maturity to optimize delivery cycles. * Promote a culture of transparency, innovation, and accountability within teams. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach. * Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. * Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred. * Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive Agile transformations. * Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or other Agile tools is a plus.
