Overview: We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Analyst to provide technical assistance and support to internal and external clients, including executive-level stakeholders. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network infrastructure, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across the organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical and Troubleshooting Support * Install, configure, and repair computer systems, peripherals, and related hardware. * Utilize diagnostic tools to identify and resolve connectivity and performance issues. * Monitor local servers and networks, implementing alerting systems to prevent failures. * Deliver tailored technical support to users across various departments and job functions. 2. Networking and Systems Administration * Set up and maintain job site networks, including high-speed internet and wireless configurations. * Troubleshoot wired and wireless devices using knowledge of TCP/IP protocols (CompTIA Network+ preferred). * Perform client-side configuration and imaging using tools such as PowerShell and SCCM. * Administer mobile devices through MDM platforms like Cisco Meraki. 3. Customer Service and Communication * Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced support environment. * Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues. * Offer high-touch support to executive stakeholders, including attorneys and C-suite personnel. Qualifications: * Proven experience in IT support or a related technical role. * Familiarity with networking protocols, system imaging, and mobile device management. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bismarck, ND. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
