Role Overview We are seeking a professional, extraverted, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Project Support Specialist. This role combines customer service excellence, meticulous attention to detail, and coordination responsibilities. Candidates with experience in healthcare or medical environments are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities * Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and project updates * Maintain detailed records and documentation for all project activities * Coordinate schedules, resources, and deliverables to support project timelines * Ensure accuracy in order processing and project-related data * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and keep projects on track Required Skills & Qualifications * Strong customer service experience with excellent communication skills * Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company positively * Extraverted personality with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities * Coordination experience (scheduling, documentation, follow-up) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Preferred Qualifications * Experience in a healthcare or medical-related environment * Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Wappingers Falls, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
