Job Description We are looking to onboard an onsite IT Site Support Technician for two plant locations in Tomahawk, WI. This person will work onsite Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM, performing both helpdesk and desktop support duties. Responsibilities include resolving issues with laptops, workstations, printers, scanners, RFIDs, and other hardware/software in a manufacturing plant environment. This role begins as a 6-month contract, with a strong likelihood of yearly extensions into an open-ended contract. We are open to hiring someone entry level who demonstrates a strong attitude and ability to learn quickly. We need someone who is: * Reliable and punctual * Able to work well in a team-oriented environment * Willing to learn and grow with the role There is flexibility on technical skills for the right cultural fit. Training will be provided for the right candidate with a good head on their shoulders. Required Skills * Desktop Support * Helpdesk Support * Windows OS * PC Troubleshooting * Manufacturing Environment Experience (preferred) * SAP (preferred) Top Skills * Desktop Support * Helpdesk Support * Windows * PC Troubleshooting Additional Qualifications * Entry-level candidates or those with a few years of experience are welcome. * Ideal candidates will have experience troubleshooting and resolving various hardware/software issues. * Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus. The current system used is IFS Assyst, but prior experience is not required-training will be provided. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Tomahawk, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
