In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences by assisting with account management, troubleshooting, and general inquiries across multiple communication channels. *Key Responsibilities* *Customer Support* * Provide outstanding service via phone and online chat * Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries * Assist with password resets and account creation * Guide customers through document uploads and account navigation * Verify eligibility for healthcare coverage and explain available options *Problem Solving* * Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically * Think creatively to find solutions and improve the customer experience * Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction *Product & Policy Expertise* * Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies * Adapt to frequent updates in procedures and program requirements * Demonstrate professionalism and company values in every interaction * Complete required training and pass certification exams *Administrative Tasks* * Accurately input and update customer information in internal systems * Perform various administrative duties as assigned *Qualifications* *Required Skills* * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively * Basic technical troubleshooting skills (especially in a remote work environment) * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy *Preferred **Background* * Experience in customer service, call centers, hospitality, retail, or healthcare * Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply * Recent and consistent work history (no significant employment gaps) *Disqualifiers* Candidates may not be considered if they: * Cannot articulate workflow processes clearly * Provide vague or incomplete responses during interviews * Show difficulty understanding or following policies and procedures * Demonstrate a lack of professionalism, productivity, or customer focus *Why Join Us?* * Opportunity to grow within a supportive and dynamic team * Comprehensive training and certification programs * Make a meaningful impact by helping people navigate their healthcare needs *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
