What You'll Do As the first point of contact for our members, you'll play a key role in delivering empathetic, solution-focused service. You'll manage a high volume of calls-averaging 115 per day-with a mix of inbound and outbound interactions. Your goal? Help members navigate financial challenges with care and professionalism. Your day-to-day will include: * Handling 10-20 inbound calls daily related to payments, arrangements, and account inquiries * Using an outbound dialer system to manage call flow efficiently * Spending ~80% of your time on phone-based member support, and ~20% on administrative tasks * Supporting collections efforts through document uploads, account reviews, and online banking facilitation * Preparing accounts for repositioning and sending communications What You Bring We're looking for someone who's confident, compassionate, and ready to make an impact. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.23 - $28.84/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
