What You'll Do As the first point of contact for our members, you'll play a key role in delivering empathetic, solution-focused service. You'll manage a high volume of calls-averaging 115 per day-with a mix of inbound and outbound interactions. Your goal? Help members navigate financial challenges with care and professionalism.
Your day-to-day will include: * Handling 10-20 inbound calls daily related to payments, arrangements, and account inquiries * Using an outbound dialer system to manage call flow efficiently * Spending ~80% of your time on phone-based member support, and ~20% on administrative tasks * Supporting collections efforts through document uploads, account reviews, and online banking facilitation * Preparing accounts for repositioning and sending communications What You Bring We're looking for someone who's confident, compassionate, and ready to make an impact.
