What You'll Do * Expertly install fire alarm systems and components to ensure optimal performance. * Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to guide installations. * Educate customers on system functionality and safety features. * Maintain professional interactions with clients, vendors, and teammates. * Follow safety protocols and company standards at all times. * Stay curious, adaptable, and open to learning new technologies. * Support additional tasks as assigned by leadership. What You Bring * 1+ years of hands-on experience installing fire alarm systems. * Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications. * Familiarity with electronic testing tools and troubleshooting techniques. * Strong communication skills-both written and verbal. Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required) * Fire Life Safety, Low Voltage, or Security Systems. * Manufacturer certifications for fire alarm systems. * Basic IT knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Physical Requirements * Confidently use hand and power tools. * Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs and pushing/pulling 75+ lbs. * Able to climb ladders (up to 12 ft) and operate man lifts. * Work in diverse environments-indoors, outdoors, and around noise. * Frequent movement: standing, walking, reaching, and using hands. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
