Position Overview We're seeking a dedicated Mortgage Loan Officer to provide personalized financial services to current and prospective members. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted financial advisor, helping individuals improve their financial well-being while originating investment-quality loans.
Key Responsibilities * Deliver customized financial solutions to members. * Originate and process mortgage loans that meet investment standards. * Build strong relationships with branch staff and lending processors. * Participate in real estate business development initiatives. Qualifications * Associate's degree in finance, business, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of mortgage lending experience in a retail financial environment. * Proven customer service and sales experience. * Familiarity with loan products including first and second mortgages, WHEDA, construction loans, and loan processing. * Strong interpersonal, listening, and organizational skills. * Must be able to attain NMLS certification.
