*Description*
General Responsibilities: * Collaborate with stakeholders across the Growth organization to understand their strategic objectives, challenges, and operational needs. * Identify and support opportunities to leverage IT solutions to address business needs. * Define and prioritize IT solution requirements based on business needs. * Work with cross-functional teams to oversee solution implementation, including vendors, technical teams, and internal departments. * Administration of the enterprise platform, including system configuration, use management, and group management * Provide technical support to Lucid users * Facilitate end-user training for current and new Lucid employees * Strong executive presence, facilitation skills, drive for results, attention to quality and detail, and a collaborative attitude. * Excellent customer service, communication, documentation, work prioritization and analytical skills. * Ability and willingness to go above and beyond the comfort zone when it comes to learning about other infrastructure services when needed. * Understand and plan for release updates, plug in etc. for SaaS applications. * Define and document policies in conjunction with security and procedures where applicable for portfolio tools. * Provie assistance in the management and support of integrations between tools in development landscape, including Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, JAMA, Tableau, ServiceNow, Okta, SailPoint, Workato, Docusign, etc. -Day-to-day systems administration tasks. -Providing systems access. -Customized forms. *Skills* docusign, smartsheet, systems administration, low code, no code, Jira *Top Skills Details* docusign,smartsheet,systems administration,low code,no code *Additional Skills & Qualifications* -Bachelors Degree preferred -DocuSign certification preferred -Strong written and verbal communication skills preferred *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
