*Description*
* IT infrastructure incident resolution to meet/exceed service levels. * Maintaining Desktop and Laptop inventory. * Configuration and delivery of new user computer. * Purchasing and maintaining mobile devices * Special assignments and remotes site meeting support * Replacement of out of warranty mobile as needed * Completing assigned level 2 and 3 problem tickets * Acts as local or regional project resource when needed * Process and documentation creation * Desktop * Windows 10 Operating System Support * SCCM application delivery * MS Office 365 and Laptop Hardware break/fix * Remote troubleshooting tools: RAdmin, Remote Desktop, NetMeeting. * basic troubleshooting Laser printer, Copier, printer configuration and setup * Wireless WPA2 troubleshooting * Conference room technologies including projectors, Polycom audio and teams for business video conferencing * Cisco LAN, WLAN and network cabling issues * Server hardware and smart hands support for wan problems * Software application support *Skills* Desktop Support, Desktop, Ticketing system, Windows 10, Rack and stack, Support, Video Conferencing, customer service oriented, Windows os, Windows, Microsoft office, Customer service *Top Skills Details* Desktop Support,Desktop,Ticketing system,Windows 10,Rack and stack,Support *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Team Player *Experience Level* Entry Leve *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
