Overview: We are seeking detail-oriented and self-motivated individuals to support a high-impact initiative aimed at building comprehensive tenancy data-known as stacking plans-for key commercial real estate markets. This project plays a critical role in enhancing the accuracy and completeness of tenant occupancy data across buildings. Responsibilities: Independently manage and update stacking plans that reflect tenant occupancy by floor and space. Collaborate with research teams and leverage a proprietary database to validate and resolve discrepancies in occupancy data. Gather tenant information from internal sales teams and external sources such as Excel files, brochures, and field visits. Exercise sound judgment to determine the most reliable data sources when conflicting information arises. Participate in onboarding and training to become proficient in the proprietary system. Escalate complex issues to senior researchers when necessary. *Top Skills Details* Data, office suite, excel, outlook *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Comfortable working with new databases and independently navigating unfamiliar systems. Demonstrated ability to make decisions and troubleshoot data inconsistencies. Experience with CoStar or similar commercial real estate platforms is a plus. Self-starter with initiative, resourcefulness, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
