Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT System Support Analyst to join our IT team. This role is responsible for providing advanced hands-on and remote support for end-user devices and applications, including white-glove service for executives. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with enterprise IT tools, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities: * Provide Tier 2 support for escalated technical issues related to hardware, software, and peripherals across Windows and macOS environments. * Deliver white-glove support to executives and VIP users, ensuring a high level of professionalism and responsiveness. * Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other collaboration tools. * Configure, image, and deploy laptops and desktops (Lenovo, Dell, Mac) using tools such as Microsoft Intune and Active Directory. * Manage user accounts, permissions, and device enrollments in Intune and AD. * Maintain and update asset inventory, ensuring accurate tracking of deployed equipment. * Resolve incidents and service requests using an ITSM platform, preferably ServiceNow. * Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 3 teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and continuous improvement of support processes. * Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base to enhance team efficiency. Required Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in a desktop support or helpdesk role, with at least 1 year in a Tier 2 capacity. * Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365, Intune, Zoom, Teams, and Windows/macOS operating systems. * Hands-on experience with imaging, packaging, and deploying devices using Intune and Active Directory. * Familiarity with IT ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow. * Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to support non-technical users and executives. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: * IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, or similar. * Experience in a fast-paced, enterprise IT environment. * Knowledge of scripting or automation tools is a plus. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $31.25/hr.
