Job Description

The Associate Team Lead I is responsible for managing the daily operational workflow with less direct reports and/or less complex business units, coaching and developing frontline specialists, and promoting exceptional customer satisfaction to frontline specialists. The Associate Team Lead I is responsible for becoming familiar with and leading to contact center metrics and implementation of strategic goals and processes. Key Responsibilities

* Demonstrate continuous support of each of the contact center departments

* Create high performance environment for team members

* Participate in strategic development/succession planning meetings

* Begin to develop/execute strategic action plans designed for specialists

* Create/maintain productive working partnerships with various departments

* Develop relationships between various operational and support departments

* Collaborate with peers to create and sustain departmental culture

* Analyze and interpret call center reports

* Have clear understanding of roles in supporting departments

* Begin to understand/develop business acumen as it relates to their specific AOR

Education

* 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

* 2 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

* This job has supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

* In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
