SAP, SD, Solution Architecture *Description* Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Business Solutions, the Business Solutions Architect is an individual contributor responsible for providing the highest level of technical expertise for the development, specification and communication of the enterprise digital/technology plans, the components required to support it, and in the integration of corporate and business area architectures in the S/4Hana environment. The successful architect leads multiple projects for the assigned area, conducts business process/cultivation sessions, and develops innovative and effective solutions for the most diverse and most complex business problems/opportunities. Lead/participate in the design, development, and enhancement of business specific custom and standard applications in the S/4Hana environment. Lead/participate in requirements gathering to provide expert technical guidance on systems options and solutions. Architect technical solutions and system integrations to meet the company's business objectives. Introduce modern technologies to the company to meet changing business needs. Provide guidance and direction to contractors and junior team members. Act as a principal designer for major enterprise solutions architecture including applications, data, and infrastructure architectures, as assigned. Develop, implement, and maintain best-practice standards, policies, procedures, and associated training plans to ensure optimal daily operations are maintained. Provide integrated systems planning and recommend new or different technologies which will enhance current systems and support overall corporate and business goals. Identify opportunities to improve standardization and organizational efficiencies. Serve as a point of escalation for team members' issues requiring a higher degree of expertise or discretion to resolve and ensure timely resolution of issues by focusing on root cause analysis and implementing corrective action plans. Provide in-depth technical consultation to clients and IT management to ensure development of efficient application systems utilizing established standards, procedures, and methodologies. Document necessary technical architecture design and analysis work, including project postmortem documentation and metric collection. Direct experience with system implementations. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details in business language and relate technical concepts to a business impact. Strong statistical, analytical, and advanced critical thinking skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Broad working knowledge of application support principles. Exhibits accountability and accepts responsibility and consequences for work performance and conduct. Sets priorities, overcomes obstacles and opposition, and uses organizational skills to get things done in a timely manner. A demonstrated ability to leverage existing resources to maximize technology investments. A demonstrated customer service orientation. Proven teamwork and collaboration skills and the ability to influence without authority to colleagues, customers, and various levels within the organization. Intellectual curiosity supported by strong listening and needs assessment skills; ability to identify root issues versus symptoms. Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field required. 10+ years of professional IT experience. Implementation experience through entire project lifecycle required. Significant configuration experience of SAP Sales and Distribution including sales order management, third party sales orders, quoting, pricing, variant configuration, available to promise, transportation, integration with Supply Chain and Finance, and Fiori applications. *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $175000.00/yr.
