Seeking experienced online banking associates for a remote opportunity starting September 2nd. Key Responsibilities: * Client Support: Answer inbound calls and assist with account inquiries, transactions, and digital banking tools. * Engagement: Build strong client relationships through meaningful conversations and personalized service. * Problem Solving: Understand client needs, resolve issues efficiently, and recommend suitable banking solutions. * Product Promotion: Educate clients on full suite of products-accounts, credit cards, loans, investments, and more. * Digital Expertise: Guide clients in using digital banking platforms and features. * Collaboration: Refer clients to internal experts when needed to support their financial goals. The Financial Services Representative Inbound interviews applicants for loans, mortgages and lines of credit, and facilitates clients' deposit accounts and investment. The role receives general instructions on routine work and requires limited direction, collaborating to find simple solutions that make it easy for clients to bank with us. M-F 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, and 10AM-7PM Shifts Available - Fully Remote Online Banking Experience Required. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors Degree Preferred Call Center Experience Online Banking Troubleshooting Experience Customer Service Experience Typing: 50 WPM or Higher (Will be Tested) Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
