Job Title: Global Support Team Representative
Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Global Support Team Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming support tickets via email, primarily related to the status of equipment returns. You will handle the creation of Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs), generate return shipping labels, and ensure timely case resolution for our global customer base, including clients in India and Brazil. Key Responsibilities: * Respond to customer inquiries via email regarding equipment return status * Create RMAs and return shipping labels * Close support cases efficiently and accurately * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth return logistics * Maintain accurate records in ticketing systems such as Zendesk and Salesforce Required Skills: * Strong written communication and email etiquette * Customer support and help desk experience * Proficiency with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) * Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously * Basic understanding of shipping and logistics processes Preferred Qualifications: * Experience creating RMAs and shipping/return labels * Experience in e-commerce or logistics support * Familiarity with global customer service practices, especially in India and Brazil Experience Level: Entry Level #westpriority25 *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
