Humanities: Music and Art Adjunct Faculty Instructor - Southern OH/Northern KY

Open Locations: Cincinnati, Florence, and Lexington

Position Description:

Teaching adult learners in the discipline of Music and Art appreciation at 100-level college. Onsite adjunct faculty may also be asked to teach online.

 

Qualifications:

Preferred: Ph.D. or other doctorate with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline stated in the Title of the Posting.

Required: A master's degree with minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline stated in the Title of the Posting.

Work Experience: Experience teaching adult learners using a learning management system is preferred.


Required Skills

  • Demonstrated knowledge of online educational delivery tools
  • Demonstrated teaching abilities.
  • Demonstrated higher education experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft products.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of adult learners
  • Other: Demonstrated navigation ability with online library systems
