The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $106,444.80. to $133,056.00. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven People Analytics & Engagement Manager to join our People & Experiences team. Reporting to the VP, Strategic Business and People Operations, this role connects people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and business performance by tracking results, anticipating future needs, and delivering insights that drive cultural and commercial success. As our Power BI and analytics expert, you will collect, analyze, and interpret workforce data and integrate people insights with business KPIs to help leaders make smarter, faster, and more impactful decisions. You will partner across People & Experiences, Finance, Strategy, and Commercial to embed data-driven decision-making into the way we work.

What you'll do:

Link People Insights to Business Performance & Organizational Effectiveness

  • Track and connect business performance, organizational effectiveness, and people insights through monthly reporting, identifying risks and opportunities to inform workforce and organizational planning.

  • Integrate internal people data with external market, economic, and industry data, and partner with leaders to embed people metrics and organizational effectiveness measures into business performance reviews.

Data Collection, Analysis & Insights

  • Collect, clean, validate, analyze, and interpret data related to workforce demographics, recruitment, retention, diversity, compliance, wellbeing, engagement, performance, and learning across multiple sources, including HRIS, surveys, interviews, and exit interviews.

  • Perform statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and ad hoc analyses to identify trends, uncover insights, and provide proactive recommendations in support of evolving business priorities.

Dashboards, Visualization & Reporting

  • Design, build, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards, reports, and metrics that provide real-time visibility into workforce and business KPIs.

  • Create impactful visualizations and presentations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership, and establish and track People & Experiences and organizational effectiveness metrics and benchmarks.

Engagement, Surveys & Action Planning

  • Lead and implement Pernod Ricard North America (PRNA) employee engagement and wellbeing survey processes in alignment with Pernod Ricard Global standards, analyze survey results, and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate with People & Experiences and business leaders to develop action plans, data-driven engagement strategies, and programs that improve morale, motivation, and job satisfaction.

Capability Building, Change Enablement & Measuring Impact

  • Help build data-driven decision-making capability across PRNA and within the People & Experiences team, support change management efforts with data and insights, and stay current on tools, trends, and best practices in people analytics, organizational effectiveness, and workforce research.

  • Measure the ROI of People & Experiences and engagement initiatives, and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and governance through regular cleaning, validation, and auditing.

Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in people analytics, organizational effectiveness, workforce analytics, business analytics, or a related field.

  • Advanced experience using Power BI to build dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business decision-making.

  • Experience using human resources systems and analytics tools such as Workday, Talent Neuron, or similar platforms.

  • Experience collecting, cleaning, validating, and analyzing data from multiple sources, including HRIS and surveys.

  • Experience translating people and business data into insights and recommendations that influence decision-making.

  • Experience working with workforce metrics, engagement data, and organizational effectiveness measures.

  • Proven ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across Human Resources and business teams.
