Develop full stack web solutions by designing and implementing front end and back-end components to meet customer requirements

Build and maintain scheduled jobs and microservices to support system orchestration and automation

Configure and manage cloud services using infrastructure as code to deploy and maintain software solutions

Recommend and apply new cloud services and architectural patterns to improve system performance and scalability

Create and implement data storage mechanisms using relational and non-relational databases to support application needs

Conduct code reviews and provide mentoring to team members to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing

Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Education Level:

Acceptable Equivalent Experience

Required

Bachelor's Degree

plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience.

Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

Additional Qualifications:

5+ years full stack web development experience including front end and back end

5+ years designing database schemas, writing SQL

Preferred 2+ years DevOps with infrastructure as code

Required 3+ years using cloud services from AWS, Azure or GCP

4+ years software engineering experience

Required experience with Python

Preferred experience with GoLang

The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance. The incentive component included in the Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity reflects target performance.
