Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills * Priority 1 - experience with LIMS platforms * Priority 2 - experience with comparable laboratory information management or laboratory automation platforms Roles & Responsibilities * Design, develop and support LIMS systems. Gather user requirements, create and maintain procedures, and assist with system configuration/customization. * Knowledge of application architecture and master data creation for static and dynamic data. * Hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and deployment of LIMS. * Preferably worked on pharmaceutical projects. * Must have experience in .NET development or Java development. * Experienced in customizing LIMS applications. * Should be able to work with LIMS modules and functionalities independently. * Should be aware of GxP processes. * Experience in troubleshooting and debugging LIMS applications. * Customer-facing ability, analytical ability, communication, and articulation skills. Generic Managerial Skills, If any * Prior experience in training and mentoring a LIMS team will be preferred. * Customer-facing experience with excellent/good communication skills. * Good documentation skills Salary Range: $150,000-$160,000 a year TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
