We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician with strong troubleshooting abilities and experience working on industrial equipment and automated systems. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective solutions Support robotic and PLC-controlled equipment, including light programming modifications Perform welding, pipe fitting, soldering, and general mechanical repairs Assist with facility maintenance projects and equipment installations Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts as needed Partner with Operations and Engineering to maximize equipment uptime Follow all safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards Qualifications 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems PLC troubleshooting experience required Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks Experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Technician, Millwright, Electrician, or similar skilled trade preferred Vacuum furnace maintenance experience strongly preferred Keywords Industrial Maintenance, Maintenance Technician, Manufacturing Maintenance, PLC Troubleshooting, PLC Programming, Electrical Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Millwright, Industrial Electrician, Robotics, Automation, Equipment Repair, Machine Repair, Welding, Facilities Maintenance, Vacuum Furnaces, Manufacturing, Skilled Trades, Industrial Equipment, Troubleshooting, Reliability Maintenance, First Shift Jobs, Maintenance Careers, Production Equipment, Continuous Improvement All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
