Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Privacy Integration Lead to design, implement, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and OneTrust. This role will support privacy operations, including Data Subject Requests (DSRs), consent management, and compliance workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in enterprise integrations, privacy management platforms, data governance, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of integrations between ServiceNow and OneTrust.
• Support privacy operations, including Data Subject Requests (DSRs), consent management, and compliance workflows.
• Collaborate with privacy, legal, security, and IT stakeholders to define business requirements and technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain data synchronization, automation, and reporting capabilities.
• Ensure integrations align with regulatory requirements, including GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy frameworks.
• Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements.
• Establish governance standards, technical documentation, and best practices for privacy-related platform solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, enterprise integrations, or privacy technology platforms.
• Experience working with OneTrust and privacy management processes.
• Strong understanding of API integrations, data governance, and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of privacy regulations and data protection principles.

Preferred Certifications

• OneTrust Professional Certification.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• CIPP/E, CIPM, or other relevant privacy certifications.
