Final Assembly Tech

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• Reference blueprint to identify operation(s) to be performed and materials/equipment needed; confer with Team Lead or Supervisor as needed to ensure accuracy.

• Collect materials, equipment, and components needed by referencing part numbers or identification numbers.

• Mark reference points and dimensions using a pencil/marker, tape measure, square, level, etc.

• Install parts and components per work instructions and print specifications.

• Perform and document hi-pot (high-potential) electrical tests.

• Move completed product using cart or forklift.

• Perform ongoing housekeeping duties to keep work area clear of scrap and debris.

• Day shift schedule with overtime (currently 5:30 am - 4:00 pm M-Th, and 5:30 am - 2 pm F).

YOU HAVE:

• Able to read a tape measure to 1/16" and reference blueprints.

• Able to achieve forklift certification and safely operate a forklift.

• High school diploma or equivalency (GED) preferred but not required.

• Able to manually lift items up to 40 lbs. and spend most of each shift standing and walking in a non-air-conditioned production environment.
