We're working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight! This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations. At Blue Origin, we are building a future where millions of people live and work in space. Our People Experience Team (PXT) powers that mission by attracting, developing, and retaining world-class talent across every shift of our 24/7 operation. As we scale production and flight cadence, the needs of our nights and weekend workforce continue to grow, and so does the need for dedicated, strategic HR support during those hours. We are seeking a Second Shift, Nights and Weekends HR Partner to serve as the primary HR point of contact for our off-hour's employees and leaders. In this role, you will own the full employee lifecycle for second shift and weekend populations, including employee relations, performance management, engagement, retention, workforce planning, and policy interpretation. You will partner directly with operations leaders to execute people strategies that advance safe human spaceflight, coach frontline managers in real time, resolve complex employee concerns independently, and act decisively when escalations arise outside of standard business hours. As the bridge between our off-hour's workforce and the broader PXT organization, you will work seamlessly across time zones to ensure a consistent employee experience, surface trends and insights from the night and weekend floor, and partner closely with Learning and Development, and Employee Relations to deliver integrated solutions tailored to our non-traditional workforce.
