Global Travel Program Specialist

Primary location is 45500 Fremont Blvd with ability to work from GFTX, Palo Alto, or remote.

• Project Travel Management:Lead end-to-end travel planning and execution for project teams and large-scale business initiatives, forecasting demand, optimizing spend, ensuring policy compliance, and identifying cost-saving opportunities through data-driven reporting and analysis
• Groups, Meetings & Events:Build and scale the Americas groups, meetings, and events program by developing sourcing strategies, managing RFPs, negotiating supplier agreements, and establishing governance and operational standards that support business growth
• Global Travel Program Support:Partner with Regional Travel Managers to support supplier negotiations, implement travel programs and technology solutions, and drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, service, and program performance
• Global Traveler Support:Provide guidance on travel policies and procedures, support travelers and stakeholders throughout the travel lifecycle, and serve as an escalation point for complex traveler, supplier, and operational issues
• Stakeholder Partnership & Compliance:Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Security, and business leaders to strengthen compliance, mitigate risk, and ensure travel programs align with company objectives and operational needs

• Experience in corporate travel, meetings and events, travel management, or related fields
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing supplier relationships and contract negotiations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret travel data and identify opportunities
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
