What You'll Do

• Evaluate new projects and accurately estimate the time and resources required for successful execution.
• Develop and implement standard methodologies for efficient project intake, workflow management, and successful project closure.
• Create comprehensive project schedules and facilitate effective review meetings to keep initiatives on track.
• Provide clear, consistent, and proactive communication on project status to all key stakeholders.
• Oversee the entire production process for all projects, collaborating closely with internal producers and creative teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Facilitate the onboarding of outside vendors, expertly managing contracts, bids, and related processes.
• Cultivate and apply a deep understanding of current and emerging design philosophies and technologies to continuously benefit and elevate the team's work.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience as a Producer for a creative agency or production house.
• Proven UI or Product Design production experience, demonstrating your ability to bring complex designs to life.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage feedback flows, ensuring constructive and actionable input.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and in-person, enabling clear and compelling interactions.
• Ability to function independently while excelling in a team environment, with outstanding collaboration skills that foster collective success.
• Experience working across a variety of creative areas, including branding, visual design, art direction, strategy, and interactive design.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Prior experience working within a technical environment, bringing an understanding of engineering considerations to creative projects.
