What to Expect

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team as a Financial Analyst. Located in our Salem, NH plant, you will be responsible for performing and completing various accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities (to name a few)

  • Functions related to AR/AP
  • Process AP payments
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Prepare and reconcile month-end reports to the General Ledger
  • Process the associated journal entries including preparation, recording and collection of supporting documentation
  • Complete all other accounting duties as assigned

About You

  • 2-5 years of progressive accounting experience; preferred cost accounting/accounts payable experience
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, organization skills, work ethic, and high level of integrity required
  • Strong team player; proactively able to step in to support other team members as needed and share knowledge to allow cross training of all functions, builds collaborative relationships
  • Must be able to work well under pressure, effectively handle conflict, and demonstrate flexibility in work style to accommodate changing priorities and fixed deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively and independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong proficiency with ERP/Financial systems/Axapta experience a plus

Pay & Benefits



  • Full-Time
  • Relocation is not provided
  • Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
  • Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
  • 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match
  • Tuition Reimbursement
