REQUIRED: BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH

Hours: 8am to 5pm Mon- Fri

Location: In-office Austin, TX

We are seeking a driven, energetic, and bilingual Field Recruiter to join our staffing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys building relationships with candidates and clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and supporting talent while delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and associates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of client positions.
  • Manage a high-volume recruiting workload while maintaining quality candidate experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, employees, and client contacts.
  • Conduct candidate pre-screening, assessments, background checks, and onboarding activities.
  • Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
  • Utilize ATS systems, recruiting platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools to drive hiring decisions and measure recruiting effectiveness.
  • Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach activities to attract talent.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records in company systems.
  • Respond professionally to candidate and client concerns, resolving issues diplomatically and efficiently.
  • Adapt quickly to changing business priorities and staffing needs.


Qualifications
Required

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, sales, or a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect and build rapport with a diverse workforce.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience working with multiple systems, platforms, and dashboards.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.


Preferred

  • Previous staffing agency, recruitment, or talent acquisition experience.
  • Proven success managing client relationships and supporting hiring initiatives.
  • Experience navigating diverse recruiting processes across multiple job types and industries.
