JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We are seeking an analytical, collaborative, and results-driven Patient Access Enablement Lead to join our U.S.-based Rare Disease team. This hybrid role is based at UCB's offices in the Raleigh, NC area. About the Role Are you passionate about using data to improve patient access and help patients start therapy sooner? As the Patient Access Enablement Lead, you will partner across multiple functions to identify barriers throughout the patient journey and transform complex data into actionable insights that drive measurable improvements. You will play a key role in optimizing patient access, referral-to-start conversion, and operational performance across a growing rare disease portfolio. Who You'll Work With You will collaborate closely with Patient Services, Field Reimbursement, Market Access, Commercial Operations, Sales Leadership, and other cross-functional stakeholders. Together, you will identify opportunities, align on solutions, and implement strategies that improve the overall patient experience and access journey. What You'll Do

This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $148,000.00 - $195,000.00 annually. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
