JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We are looking for a strategic, scientifically driven, and collaborative Medical Strategy Lead, Clinical Advisor to join our Medical Neurology, Epilepsy & Rare Syndromes team, preferably based in our Atlanta, GA office. This position can be remotely based. This highly visible role will serve as a trusted clinical advisor, providing deep expertise in epilepsy, developmental and epileptic encephalopathies (DEEs), rare syndromes, REMS programs, and future pipeline assets. About the Role As a key member of the medical organization, you will provide specialized clinical, scientific, medical, and strategic expertise to support UCB's epilepsy and rare syndrome portfolio. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to shape medical strategy, generate insights, support evidence development, and advance patient care through non-promotional scientific engagement. This role combines deep clinical expertise with strategic influence and offers the opportunity to impact current and future therapies for patients living with rare and complex neurological disorders. This position's reasonably anticipated salary range is $213,000-$280,000 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
