Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a Continual Service Improvement (CSI) Manager to lead process and quality improvement initiatives for a state government customer. This role will work closely with the Multi-Source Service Integrator (MSI) and internal teams to identify, develop, and implement service improvements that enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall program performance. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing ITIL-based processes, managing quality programs, and driving continual improvement in large, complex government IT environments. This position will provide support in the following location(s): Richmond, VA Key Responsibilities
Oversee a continual improvement governance process integrated with the government customer MSI platform

Target Salary Range $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
