Job Description
Publicis Sapient is seeking a highly organized, proactive communications leader to join our Global PR team as PR Manager, Speakers Bureau & Awards. This contract role will provide leave coverage for approximately 6-8 months.
You will step in to lead our global executive speakers bureau and awards program, while supporting product storytelling and media relations that build Publicis Sapient's reputation in product, AI and technology.
Working with PR, product marketing, brand marketing and business leaders, you will help run an intelligence-led PR engine that elevates executives across a global organization.
Your Impact
Executive Speaker Bureau
- Lead a strategic global speakers bureau aligned to business priorities, key narratives and executive expertise.
- Maintain a forward-looking tracker of speaking engagements and opportunities, ensuring accurate reporting, deadline management and media-value identification.
- Research and evaluate high-impact speaking opportunities across business, technology and marketing events.
- Manage speaker submissions end to end, drafting abstracts, positioning and materials with AI-assisted research and strong editorial judgment.
- Maintain a centralized library of executive bios, headshots, past sessions and speaker assets for efficient, consistent submissions.
- Partner with executives and marketing leaders to develop session narratives that showcase technology expertise, product innovation and client impact.
- Prepare senior executives for priority speaking opportunities with relevant, distinctive and aligned messaging.
Awards Strategy & Industry Recognition
- Lead Publicis Sapient's global awards strategy, prioritizing recognition across technology, AI, innovation, transformation, leadership and client impact.
- Maintain a global awards calendar and tracker with clear prioritization, reporting and deadline management.
- Identify high-impact awards and recognition opportunities for Publicis Sapient, executives, products and client work.
- Manage awards submissions end to end, coordinating stakeholders, evidence and high-quality narratives.
- Apply strategic storytelling and editorial judgment using innovation, outcomes and transformation proof points.
- Partner with PR, marketing and product teams to amplify wins through media, executive, social and internal channels.
Product PR & Media Relations
- Translate complex product, AI and technology concepts into clear B2B narratives.
- Build relationships with relevant journalists, editors, producers, podcasters, creators, event programmers and influencers.
- Support pitching that positions Publicis Sapient executives as credible voices on AI, technology and priority topics.
- Connect speaking, awards, product stories and thought leadership to broader earned-media activity.
- Support priority PR projects and events as needed.
- Contribute to newsletters, presentations and reporting on coverage, performance and team successes.

- During leave coverage, success means seamless continuity and strong delivery across Speakers Bureau and Awards while increasing strategic impact.
- You will maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities; position executives for influential platforms; deliver accurate, timely submissions; generate media value; and build trusted global stakeholder relationships.
- You will bring curiosity and initiative, using AI and emerging tools to improve research, prioritization, storytelling and workflows.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience
- Manager-level PR or communications experience, ideally in technology, consulting, professional services or media.
- Experience managing executive speaker, awards or industry-recognition programs.
- Strong project management skills across complex workflows, stakeholders and deadlines.
- Excellent communication, editorial judgment and attention to detail.
- Experience shaping executive positioning, thought leadership or senior-leader
- Ability to turn complex technology and business topics into clear external narratives.
- Confidence working with senior executives and global stakeholders.
- Independent, collaborative and proactive in a global environment.
- Strong knowledge of AI-assisted research, drafting and communications workflows.
- Willingness to work across time zones and travel regionally as needed.
Additional Information
Pay Range: $120,000 - $145,000 The range shown represents a grouping of relevant full time salary ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
