All About the Role:

Join Electrolux as the Senior Manager, Buying Groups and Promotions, where you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, profitability, and strategic alignment across key national buying group partnerships. This role is responsible for developing and executing promotional strategies, customer programs, and go-to-market initiatives that strengthen dealer channel performance and enhance brand presence. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, and other internal stakeholders, you will serve as the primary liaison for key buying group relationships, ensuring successful execution of programs, industry events, and dealer-focused initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen, relationship management skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales, promotional, and go-to-market strategies that drive growth and profitability within the dealer channel.

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to create and implement customer programs and initiatives.

• Co-manage buying group programs, promotions, and annual business plans for key partners, including Nationwide and AVB.

• Lead communication of pricing, promotions, new product launches, and other critical business updates to buying group members.

• Serve as the primary Electrolux representative at buying group meetings, chapter events, and industry functions.

• Lead planning and execution of buying group trade shows, including showroom and floor-related activities.

• Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and customer programs to identify opportunities and recommendations for growth.

• Evaluate program performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve dealer channel results.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• 5+ years of progressive sales, channel management, account management, or buying group experience.

• Experience developing and executing customer programs, promotions, or go-to-market strategies.

• Strong understanding of dealer, retail, consumer durables, appliance, or related distribution channels.

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and build effective business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
