Overview

How you can make a difference

Sales Enablement Managers turn field insights into content that wins deals. You'll build the sales decks, one-pagers, and talk tracks that move prospects through the pipeline - and the internal playbooks that get reps ready for every conversation.

You're comfortable partnering closely with sales, marketing, product, and client experience to translate product narratives into materials that actually land in the field. You're a strong writer and storyteller who's comfortable moving fast, using AI to work smarter, and turning ambiguous feedback into clear, usable content.

If you love building things that make sellers better at their jobs - and you want to see your work show up in real conversations with real buyers - this is your role.

What you'll be doing

Content & Collateral

Build sales decks, one-pagers, and collateral that move deals forward at every stage of the sales cycle
  • Create and maintain competitive battlecards, grounded in real win/loss data and field feedback
  • Turn product narratives into talk tracks and FAQs that prep reps for prospect, client, and broker conversations

Field Insight & Enablement

  • Meet with clients and brokers to stay close to what's actually happening in the field
  • Gather win/loss insights and rep feedback to spot content and messaging gaps
  • Run sessions to roll out new collateral, and messaging - and drive real adoption, not just awareness

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Experience
  • Collaborate constantly - this role doesn't work in a vacuum
  • Use AI tools every day to speed up content creation and automate repetitive parts of the workflow

What you will need to be successful

Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related degree, or equivalent related work experience, in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum 5+ years of related experience in sales enablement, content development, sales operations, competititve intelligence, or related field, ideally in SaaS, FinTech, or healthcare.
  • Track record of creating B2B buyer-facing content (decks, one-pagers) that's been used directly in the sales cycle
  • Comfortable using AI tools to speed up content creation, research, and workflow automation
  • Prior working experience with sales tech including Salesforce, Gong, and/or Seismic preferred.
  • Instructional design or training delivery experience is a plus, but not a core of this role

Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong ability to analyze, optimize, and implement sales-facing resources to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Strong storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to translate complex product and market information into clear, compelling sales content.
  • Experience building battlecards and prospecting campaigns
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills supporting collaboration, negotiation, and teamwork with a diverse group of sales, product, and marketing teams.
