All About the Role:

The District Manager I, Builder & Contract Sales serves as the dedicated commercial leader for Grand Appliance's builder and contract business. This role is responsible for driving profitable sales growth, expanding market share, and increasing product specifications across the builder, multifamily, and contract channels. Acting as the primary business partner to Grand Appliance's outside sales organization, the District Manager develops strategic customer relationships, identifies and converts new business opportunities, and executes growth initiatives that deliver measurable results. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building, communication, influencing, and business planning skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the builder and contract sales strategy, delivering revenue, profitability, market share, and growth objectives.

• Develop and maintain relationships with Grand Appliance leadership, builders, developers, contractors, designers, architects, and other key project stakeholders.

• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across residential construction, multifamily, replacement, and project-based channels.

• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, forecasting, opportunity development, and conversion activities.

• Develop account growth plans that increase product specifications, project wins, and Electrolux market share.

• Conduct customer business reviews, product presentations, training sessions, and sales meetings to drive engagement and demand generation.

• Negotiate sales opportunities and agreements within company guidelines while supporting profitable growth.

• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to inform business strategy and support decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School or GED

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, channel sales, or territory management.

• Proven track record of achieving sales goals, growing revenue, managing a sales pipeline, and closing business opportunities.

• Experience working with builders, contractors, distributors, developers, property management companies, or similar customer groups.

• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory and build strong customer relationships through regular in-market engagement.
