We are seeking a Senior Director of Operations - Pediatric Therapy Services to provide strategic and operational leadership for assigned SHBH programs.


About the Role

The Senior Director will provide overall leadership and direction for assigned programs, with responsibility for operations, financial performance, quality, staff leadership, strategic initiatives, and program growth. This leader will evaluate current and proposed programming, forecast budget and staffing needs, and implement changes necessary to strengthen service delivery and organizational performance.

Salary: up to $87,000


What You'll Do

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for assigned programs and services.
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics to drive accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure programs operate in accordance with legal, regulatory, contractual, and organizational requirements.
  • Lead monthly operational and performance reviews, using measurable data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assume responsibility for P&L and financial performance for the assigned region.
  • Partner with leadership and financial teams on budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Identify financial or operational concerns and implement corrective action when needed.
  • Lead, develop, and support program leadership while establishing clear expectations and performance standards.
  • Build high-performing teams through strong recruitment, retention, communication, and leadership practices.
  • Develop strategic relationships with community organizations, government agencies, funders, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen programs, expand services, and improve overall business results.
