Summary: The Program Manager (PM) serves as the primary contractor leader and authorized point of contact for complex Department of Defense (DoD) medical logistics and support contracts. The PM is responsible for the overall management, performance, and coordination of a geographically dispersed workforce, ensuring that all operational, administrative, and technical requirements are executed seamlessly. By establishing and enforcing rigorous performance standards, quality control procedures, and internal controls, the PM maintains operational excellence, drives compliance, and eliminates service delivery gaps. Acting as the principal continuity mechanism, the PM provides steady leadership, governance, and Government liaison through contract evolutions, personnel transitions, and operational scaling.
